As the educational institution of the "Summit City of the Ozarks" the Aurora -VIII School District's Mission is to ensure that each of our students is educated to his/her fullest potential with an emphasis on enhancing self-esteem and developing life-long learners through a combination of traditional and innovative teaching resources, community talents and parental involvement.
